3-Storey Family Entertainment Center Completed in Jordan | Hello Cat On-Site Installation Project

Project Overview

This venue is located in a standalone independent building in Jordan. The client planned a full-chain parent-child consumption space covering retail, gaming and play across three floors. Hello Cat provided full custom design, equipment manufacturing and professional on-site installation services for the core indoor playground on the third floor, and coordinated the visual style to align with the overall positioning of the venue.

The three-floor layout creates a complete customer journey from entry, consumption to deep entertainment, helping the client build a differentiated one-stop family destination in the local market.

Floor-by-Floor Venue Layout

 

1st Floor – Kids Toy Retail Zone

 

The ground floor serves as the welcome and retail zone, featuring a curated selection of children’s toys and products. It acts as the natural entry point for customer flow, and extends the venue’s revenue streams while guiding families upward to the entertainment floors.

 

2nd Floor – Kids Arcade & Amusement Zone

 

The second floor is dedicated to children’s arcade games and interactive electronic amusement equipment. It caters to older children and teenagers who prefer digital and competitive play experiences, and forms a transition between retail and physical play, enriching the venue’s entertainment hierarchy.

 

3rd Floor – Neon Themed Indoor Playground (Core Zone by Hello Cat)

 

As the highlight of the entire venue, the third-floor indoor playground is custom-designed in a vibrant neon cyber style. The ceiling is fitted with colorful geometric linear lights, creating an immersive, futuristic play atmosphere that is highly recognizable and visually striking.

Core play facilities include:

- Multi-lane racing slides with built-in glowing light effects
- Signature giant horn slide as the iconic attraction
- Interactive projection shooting game system
- Clock-themed soft carousel with ride-on toys
- Tunnel obstacles and soft play exploration structures
- Fully soft-enclosed play boundaries for maximum safety

 

Design & Installation Highlights

 

1. Immersive neon themed design
The overall space adopts a bold neon lighting aesthetic with rich color layers. The geometric light strips on the ceiling and themed decorative elements work together to create a dreamlike, energetic play environment that greatly enhances the venue’s attractiveness and social media shareability.

2. Professional overseas on-site installation
Hello Cat dispatched a professional installation team to Jordan to complete the full assembly, commissioning and final inspection on site. We worked closely with the client throughout the process to ensure every detail matched the design drawing, and delivered a ready-to-operate venue on schedule.

3. Optimized space & circulation
The layout is carefully planned to smooth visitor flow, improve venue capacity and operational efficiency, while maintaining open sightlines for parents to supervise their children easily.
