An 800-square-meter indoor children's playground has officially opened in Mexico. The Hello Cat team handled everything from the overall spatial planning and play module design to the manufacturing of the equipment. By infusing the space with a gentle, heartwarming, and playful aesthetic alongside scientifically sound safety principles, they created an immersive family-friendly play environment tailored to local needs.

I. Overall Spatial Layout: Zoned Planning Balancing Play and Practicality

Leveraging the spacious 800m² footprint, Hello Cat implemented a clear functional zoning design that ensures smooth traffic flow and prevents interference between different activities. An overhead view reveals distinct zones: a large slide area, a ball pit, an educational interactive zone, an indoor obstacle/adventure course, and a parent rest area. The primary play zones are concentrated in the center and right side of the venue, featuring multi-level soft play structures with ample room for children to run and climb. Seating, storage, and waiting areas are planned for the perimeter; this allows parents to keep an eye on their children while enjoying a comfortable waiting environment. By logically separating play, supervision, and logistical needs, the design significantly maximizes the venue's operational efficiency.

II. Core Play Zones: Diverse Facilities for a Rich Play Experience

1. Viral Slide & Ball Pit Combo: The Park's Star Attraction

The colorful, illuminated slides are the park's visual highlight. Multiple racing slidesaccented with neon light stripsfeed directly into a large-capacity ball pit. The slides feature a "macaron" color palette and dynamic lighting effects, creating a dreamy, exquisite look. Children slide down from a height into the soft ball pit, enjoying the thrill of speed with the safety of a cushioned landing. The ball pit also features soft dolphin and cartoon-shaped figures as well as small climbing structures, allowing children to not only slide freely but also engage in mini-games like treasure hunts and creative building. An extra-tall "devil's slide" stands nearby, featuring the exclusive Hello Cat logo and a dedicated climbing staircase to satisfy older children's desire for thrilling rides. Slides with varying slopes and widths cater to different age groups, broadening the park's appeal.

2. Multi-level obstacle course play structure: Developing comprehensive motor skills

The multi-level frame structure houses a variety of obstacle challenges, serving as a core area for developing children's physical coordination and courage. The course features cylindrical stepping stones with ambient lighting, staggered mountain-shaped obstacle posts, and illuminated pillar walkways, alongside net climbing tunnels, soft tunnels, and hanging punching bags. As children navigate the winding obstacle corridors, they perform a series of movementsjumping, striding, crawling, and climbingnaturally building their sense of balance and physical strength. The fully padded frame structure and rounded edges minimize the risk of bumps and bruises, giving parents peace of mind regarding safety. Integrated features such as crawl-through tubes, mini swings, and ball-shooting cannons add interactive variety to the course, keeping children engaged for longer periods.

3. Light play and educational zones: Catering to the exploratory needs of younger children

An open, flat area is reserved for low-threshold "light play" equipmentsuch as ride-on cars and rocking toysperfect for the leisurely pace of toddlers. Nearby, a pixel interactive wall, a floor-based digital piano, and a building-block zone combine active play with early educational enrichment. Between running and climbing, children can pause to enjoy touch-based games and musical interactions, learning about colors, numbers, and rhythms through play; this transforms the park from a mere place to burn off energy into a venue that also fosters early childhood development.

III. Integrated design and manufacturing: Ensuring quality for overseas implementation

As both the designer and manufacturer, Hello Cat controls project quality right from the source. Aesthetically, the design employs a "macaron" color palettefeaturing low-saturation mint green, soft pink, and creamy yellowcomplemented by gentle LED strip lighting; this creates a warm, soothing atmosphere free from harsh or intense colors, ensuring visual comfort during extended play sessions. Structurally, all steel frames, padded elements, and play components are manufactured in-house using materials that strictly meet international safety standards for amusement facilities; the steel structures are reinforced, contact surfaces are fully covered with thickened padding, and dimensions such as guardrail heights and gap widths are calibrated according to child safety regulations to comply with local commercial safety requirements in Mexico.

Furthermore, the integrated production model allows for precise alignment with site dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit between the play equipment and the architectural space; this minimizes on-site construction errors and guarantees that the final installation faithfully reflects the original design renderings.
